They make sure to give you a ticket with your parking spot on it. When you pull in you get a ticket and find your own spot, their shuttle service will find you right away and help you with your bags both getting in the shuttle and out of the shuttle when arriving at the airport. This was the first time my fiancé and I used a self park service or anything like this, but it was really efficient and the employees we interacted with (shuttle drivers) were all friendly.
